1. What Audio Alchemy FX Does

Audio Alchemy FX is a browser-based audio visualizer, Studio, MIDI, and audio effects tool. It may allow you to play local audio files, import selected files from connected services, capture supported tab audio, record audio or MIDI, use built-in sounds, apply audio effects, export supported mixes, and generate real-time visuals.

Audio Alchemy FX is provided as a creative and entertainment tool. It is not professional audio, legal, security, backup, archival, or compliance software.

2. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the files, links, audio, images, metadata, and other content you use with Audio Alchemy FX.

You agree not to use Audio Alchemy FX to process, import, capture, share, or export content in a way that violates copyright law, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, or any applicable law.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions for any content you use with the app.

3. Local Files

When you choose local audio or image files, Audio Alchemy FX uses them in your browser session so the app can play, process, and visualize them.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Audio Alchemy FX is not a file storage or backup service.

4. Studio Mode

Studio Mode is a creative multitrack recording, MIDI, mixing, processing, and export tool. It may allow you to load shared projects, import local stems, record audio or MIDI, edit MIDI data, use built-in sounds, adjust mix settings, save supported project state, and export supported audio or MIDI files.

You are responsible for the stems, recordings, samples, MIDI files, performances, names, metadata, and other content you use in Studio Mode. You must have the rights needed to record, edit, export, publish, or distribute any resulting work.

Shared demo or direct-link Studio projects are provided for use inside Audio Alchemy FX. Unless a project or asset says otherwise, you may not redistribute hosted project stems as standalone files or claim ownership of those source assets.

Studio recording, saving, and export features are provided for convenience and creative use. They are not a backup, archival, compliance, or guaranteed storage system. Keep your own copies of important files and exported work.

Studio behavior can vary by browser, device, operating system, permission settings, and available audio/MIDI APIs. Mobile browsers may have additional limits around playback, recording, MIDI devices, background behavior, and export.

5. Built-In Sounds, MIDI, and User Samples

Audio Alchemy FX may include built-in MIDI instruments, drum sounds, generated one-shot samples, and sound libraries for use inside the app.

Unless a specific sound library states otherwise, you may use the built-in Audio Alchemy FX sounds as part of music, mixes, recordings, and exports you create with Audio Alchemy FX.

You may not extract, repackage, resell, redistribute, or offer the bundled sounds as a standalone sample pack, instrument library, or competing reusable sound library unless the applicable license explicitly allows that use.

If you import or load your own samples, MIDI, recordings, or audio files, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, record, edit, export, publish, or distribute the resulting work.

User-loaded third-party sample packs, loops, MIDI files, and sound libraries remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Audio Alchemy FX does not grant rights to third-party content you bring into the app.

6. Connected Services

Audio Alchemy FX may let you connect external services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Spotify. These services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and account rules.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any connected service you use.

Audio Alchemy FX may use connected services only to provide features you request, such as showing supported audio files, importing selected files, displaying playback metadata, showing album artwork, or sending playback controls when enabled.

Audio Alchemy FX does not control third-party services and is not responsible for outages, API changes, permission changes, account restrictions, removed features, incorrect metadata, unavailable playback devices, or other third-party service behavior.

7. Spotify Companion Mode

Spotify Companion Mode, if available, is intended for metadata display, album artwork, Now Playing information, and playback controls where permitted by Spotify.

Audio Alchemy FX does not download, copy, store, or provide Spotify songs. Spotify playback and control features may require an active Spotify account, an active playback device, and may require Spotify Premium.

Spotify features are subject to Spotify’s own terms, API rules, account requirements, and availability.

8. Tab Capture

Tab capture, if available, only starts after you approve capture through your browser.

You are responsible for how you use tab capture and for making sure you have the right to capture, process, or visualize the audio source you choose.

Browser tab capture support may vary by browser, device, operating system, and security policy. Some browsers or devices may not support tab capture.

9. No Guarantee of Availability or Compatibility

Audio Alchemy FX may not work the same on every browser, device, or operating system. Features such as tab capture, background playback, cloud imports, Spotify controls, fullscreen behavior, and audio processing may be limited by browser or platform rules.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect playback, perfect audio quality, compatibility with every file type, or availability of every feature on every device.

10. Audio Processing and Volume Warning

Audio Alchemy FX may include EQ, compression, limiter, gain, and other audio processing features. These controls can change loudness, tone, dynamics, and output level.

Use reasonable volume levels, especially when using headphones, external speakers, EQ boosts, compressor makeup gain, output trim, or limiter settings. You are responsible for your listening level and playback equipment.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Audio Alchemy FX, including by attempting to:

• Break, bypass, or interfere with app security
• Reverse engineer connected-service authentication flows
• Use the app to violate third-party rights or service terms
• Inject malicious code, files, scripts, metadata, or links
• Use the app in a way that damages, disables, or overloads the app or third-party services

12. Intellectual Property

Audio Alchemy FX, including its interface, visual design, code, branding, logo, and original features, is owned by its respective creator or rights holder unless otherwise stated.

You retain whatever rights you already have in your own audio files, images, metadata, and other content. Using Audio Alchemy FX does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

13. Third-Party Content and Links

Audio Alchemy FX may display metadata, album artwork, file names, folder names, or other content from third-party services or user-selected files.

We are not responsible for third-party content, external links, cloud-service content, inaccurate metadata, unavailable artwork, or content you choose to import or display.

14. Privacy

Your use of Audio Alchemy FX is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how the app handles local files, tab capture, browser storage, and connected services.

15. Changes to the App or Terms

Audio Alchemy FX may change over time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed.

These Terms may also be updated. When updates are made, the “Last updated” date should be changed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Disclaimers

Audio Alchemy FX is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the app will meet your needs, work without interruption, preserve playlist state, support every browser, or remain compatible with every connected service.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Alchemy FX and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost profits, device issues, playback problems, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.
